1. Click this link: Test for pop-up blockers.
2. After a few seconds, two small windows should pop up in the upper left corner of your computer screen.
3. If neither window pops up, or if only one of them appears, then you have a pop-up blocker installed.
   To fix the problem, just follow these instructions for turning off pop-up blockers.
